Wings

Farmers & Rural Development Wing

This wing will be dedicatedly working & coordinating directly with farmers and rural areas. Understanding the problems of the farmers, their challenges and key issues at grass root level, the Wing will further work on advising & guiding farmers in not only about resolving the current existing issues but also making them aware of various initiatives in farming process, agriculture, cultivation, new techniques & machines etc which will be beneficial for them. Apart from addressing issues related to the complete healthcare and education of the families of farmers, the Wing will be making them aware and guiding them about the benefits which different government schemes can provide to them etc would be the active contribution of the members of the group.

Rural Development schemes will be implemented effectively to improve the quality of life of farmers and citizens living in the rural areas by launching `Save Annadata Scheme’ under which rich people in the cities will be encouraged to acquire agriculture land to create their own farm house and to adopt the village to assist in implementing various developmental schemes.

Minority Development Wing

This wing will dedicatedly work for the development & betterment of the minorities. The key issues, challenges, problems faced by the minorities group, the strategies, initiatives, programmes & policies to benefit them would be the focus area. Further obtaining, assessing inputs, suggestions & feedback & taking constructive positive steps for them too would be the core objective of its members.

Sports & Youth Development Wing

The members of the wing will actively participate in spreading the awareness about importance of sports& games and fitness at an early age. The Wing will inculcate the discipline and the positive changes Sports brings in one’s personality and well-being. The Wing will work at grassroots level to ensure participation of children and the youth into the sports & physical activities. Counseling and training of youth, providing the world class training infrastructure along with sports equipment for them to undertake the sports they choose, not only providing physical training but also advising on the nutritional requirements too would be the focus areas. Training professionals from diversified sports backgrounds would mentor the kids & youth for professional training & career guidance.

An innovative and revolutionary step is envisaged by our Sports & Youth Development Wing. A Youth Brigade would be launched wherein youngsters would be trained, educated and transformed into what we would term them as “Marshals”.

Trained as a savior with nationalism in its core of ethics, a dedicated Youth brigade would be developed which would act as Marshals independently for the society. It would work for the nation. For its people they will be available, well equipped, well trained to serve the community and nation whenever needed which would bring discipline & develop a spirit of one brotherhood. These Marshals will work for the eradication of social disease of drugs. Our Marshals would encourage other youths to abstain from having drugs or any such activities that can ruin their lives and future. The Wing’s objective would be to determine their will power to fight against all odds which unfortunately is day by day depleting for our general society and community.

Youth is the foundation of a progressive future and an active participation of youth in various aspects of social life and domain areas would be emphasized upon.

Women & Child Welfare Wing

All members of the Wing are expected to work extensively to bring transformational and positive changes in the life of women and children. Issues such as domestic violence, sanitation & hygiene, women rights, making women self-reliant by providing them training in skills like handicraft, tailoring, embroidery, value addition work in rural areas.

Similarly, a proper care for child development in terms of timely vaccinations, steps taken to eradication of malaise of malnutrition, imparting proper education, encouraging their participation in sports, career guidance, imparting life skills etc would be the core interest area for the members.

Day Care Centres for infants and toddlers will be set up at all strategic and most needing places such as construction sites, farm activities, etc so that the working parents can leave their infants at Day Care Centres. Similarly, all construction sites and labour centric activities site must have Day Care School for the children of the working parents.

The Wing will also look after the welfare of destitute women, widows, and deserted brides of NRI bridegrooms and their children.

Senior Citizen Care Wing

Living every moment of life with dignity, Safety, Happiness & Respect is the right of every senior citizen which is the objective of Senior Citizen Care wing which it would thrive to achieve. Issues related to their healthcare facilities, safety & security, feeling loneliness & depression, ill & disrespectful treatment by their families, all these need to be looked into with great concern and stop from happening it to them. Developing a community based Senior Citizens living approach where they don’t feel alone, unwanted & depressed. The gap between the youth and them is to be bridged leading to create a connect with the youngsters & kids so that the Senior Citizens do not feel lonely and the youngsters can learn from the life experiences of the elders is what members would be expected to bring all together.

Gurujan Niwas (Old Age Home) will be set up with excellent medical facilities for the parents of NRI who leave behind their aged parents to fend for themselves. Senior Citizens experience will be utilized in various fields first and foremost to run Gurukul on ancient Guru Shishya Parampara Schools.

Public Service Wing (Help Desk)

An initiative, unique of its type, where a common man seeking legal guidance and assistance would be provided for. Any need to consult & engage any professional consultation in order to address his/her own issues related to police, law & order , legal , department and ministries would be provided. Moreover, assistance regarding issues such as seeking the grants or subsidies which are due but not received healthcare & medical services etc would be addressed in this wing. Broadly it would be sub classified under 4 sub-wings namely:

Lawyers, Ex Judiciary Professionals, IAS, IFS, IPS, Doctors, and Healthcare Professionals etc would be invited to become active members and assist masses & the general public through their professional domain expertise in these issues.

Skill Development, Arts & Cultural Wing

This wing would encourage anyone who has interest in any kind of handicraft , handloom etc or in arts & culture such as sculptures, painting, poetry , singing , dancing , acting , makeup artist etc can become members and register themselves. Based on their skill, they would be given further training to improve their skills to develop it professionally as a career and also would give an opportunity and platform to showcase their talent, generate work and income from the same.

It is proposed to set up Film City in Punjab to cater to the needs of Punjab Artists who migrate to Bollywood and other places. Film City will further generate huge employment opportunities to support staff such as Cameramen, Sound Reformists, Musicians, Make-up artists, Editing experts, lighting and spot boys to logistic supports required for film city.

Economic Policy & Development Wing

The members of this wing would contribute actively to develop an “Independent Intellectual Think Tank & Framework” To uplift the economy & benefit the citizens of the country. This can be achieved by analyzing the Central Government or the State Government policies etc and advising, debating, proposing a framework wherein the economic development can be boosted.

Also independent state level or industry or sector wise blueprint would be developed to check on the issues effecting the progressiveness & development of that particular state , region or industry and come out with an action plan on how these bottlenecks can be addressed and a holistic economically & financially viable development can be achieved.

Professionals from diversified backgrounds such as economics, banking & finance etc along with professionals such as IITians, Management & Business Consultants, CA’s, CS, Bureaucrats, Law Practitioners etc would be encouraged to become members and contribute in Nation Building together.

Business Promotion, Investment & Development Wing

This wing will actively work and coordinate with the corporate & business houses to understand the challenges they are facing at local level or at macro national level. This wing will be the “Voice & Ears” of the business community who would understand what changes or support is needed by these corporate houses so that the businesses can develop, expand, create more jobs/employment economy on a whole sees a positive sustainable growth.

Further the wing, through its members would also support the businesses in structuring there businesses, provide management & business consulting, provide assistance in expanding the business locally & internationally, getting more orders , assisting them in taking up organic & inorganic growth measures such as strategic alliances, joint ventures , M&A’s, new regions & new markets diversification.

Most businesses such as startups or even Micro Small & Medium enterprises are sometimes unaware of the various financing options which are available but they are oblivious of the information. This is most seen with the First Generation Entrepreneurs or even in most cases Established but Family Owned Traditional business houses, who because of their round the clock involvement in the businesses miss out the latest notifications of the different financial institutes. Out wing would facilitate the channels which can be made available to them through organized institutional financial institutions & financial markets locally and globally, thereby assisting them to face liquidity crunch and hindrances in business expansion.

The business houses whether it’s debt , equity or strategic transaction like M&A to benefit the most and scale up the businesses locally or internationally. This would lead to better access to investments & cash flows, larger order books, creating more jobs and overall impacting directly & indirectly in economic development of the nation.

Thus Corporate Start-Ups, small-micro - medium or large enterprises can become members to benefit from this platform of business consulting, investment, fund raising and promotions.

International Affairs Wing

This wing will work extensively in bringing the world together at various platforms. Whether its businesses or culture or technology or the people - all connect with each other and share within them positive and free flow of information and contacts. This wing will establish in each country counterpart network & members and tie-ups so that anyone residing in one country can have access, local team representation and support in other country through this wing to tie-up or for setting up of a business or for any assistance required in a foreign country. The role of our International Wing will be instrumental in synchronizing various aspects in coordination. This way bonding, connectivity, businesses. andrelations among members living in different countries would develop among themselves as a community.

Religious, Spiritual & Life Healing Wing

A platform for all people from different religions & religious beliefs to come together in a constructive positive manner and share their views, beliefs, ideologies without criticizing or saying negative about any other religion can be member of this wing.

Further meditation, yoga, spiritualism, peace & harmony, community living, believing in humanity above caste creed religion can all be preached, shared, discussed and practiced under this wing. Experiences & expertise in these field can be shared with those who want to impart, learn and follow these disciplines would be ideally what this wing will aim at achieving.

Education Wing

The wing will act as a platform for career Counseling & guidance wherein at one place whether it’s schools or someone seeking advice on overseas education will be a member of Education Wing. The parents or a student himself can seek advice while on other sides there will be educational professionals, career counselors, educational institutions representatives who will advise and provide details about the programmes & the technical expects about the courses. So, a platform for education industry is offered where more and more institutions and professionals would actively participate to engage with the students & parents.

Labour Wing

Labour Wing is a unique platform reflecting the Party’s Socialist plank. All issues related to job conditions, job payments, job securities, ill treatment, if meted out by the management, benefits due but not given etc can be taken up in this wing thus for the issues & betterment of labour brothers & sisters dedicatedly the active members will work upon .

Environmental Wing

Environment is the biggest challenge the world is facing now. If not addressed seriously & radical steps taken to save it then the upcoming generations would have to face drastic consequences. So this wing will actively work with environmentalists & other such organizations who want to preserve the environment and save it from being damaged further. Awareness programmes & corrective steps to check these locally & internationally is what the members would actively work upon. Afforestation drive will be launched, river banks will be protected by planting strong trees especially trees like mango and other fruits to stop soil erosion and provide fruits for the natives. Under National Bamboo Mission, all will be encouraged to grow Bamboo. Under Honey Mission, floriculture with Bee Keeping will be encouraged to improve the per acre yield and also to give additional source of income.

Social Justice & Empowerment Wing

This wing will actively work with NGO’s, Non Profit Organizations & Social Service Workers who have dedicated there life for the wellbeing & service of others. Whatever support from government whether center or state or ministries they need our wing members would be assisting them on those. If some problems at local level or resistance or challenges are faced by them in implementing the schemes which are for the betterment of the society & is not causing any harm to anyone or hurting any religious sentiments, whether it’s police, administration or legally wherever needed will support them to overcome such hurdles faced. So that smoothly they can execute there noble plans.

Financial Literacy Wing

General public at large is usually not aware of the various financial products & financial services which are there for their benefit and hence either they land up in not investing at all or saving in an inappropriate manner or end up in taking up those products which don’t meet there financial goal. Thus there is a very low penetration of financial services & products which can benefit the urban as well as the rural distant population and one of the biggest reasons behind this is poor level of financial literacy. Lack of awareness about financial products & financial services advocated by thorough professionals themselves is what leads to such issues.

Further people loosing there hard earned money, livelihoods & committing suicides in financial markets such as stock markets is also not new. Ponzi schemes floating in the market, encashing on the public deposits and leading to scams later is a live example of how financial illiteracy at such low level leads people in such schemes very easily. Awareness, lack of professional advice , greed of quick & big money grips the life of a common man which forces many to come every new day for a dream of a fortune but end up losing whatever they have forever with no means to recover from such damage

Financial institutions & economy as a whole also suffers because of this low level of financial literacy as households still prefer conventional instruments or gold or keeping cash idle in accounts rather than mobilizing these funds in more sophisticated well managed funds & institutions.

Only way to bridge this divide is to extensively undertake Financial literacy programmes such as seminars conferences webinar’s on various financial products , financial institutions , stock markets etc so that more and more people know about these products , more and more people are trained in these , more and more people can then facilitate advising & promotion of these products in order to generate income for them and give right advise to the masses so that more funds gets mobilized into the financial system.

So financial institutions, financial planners, finance experts, capital makers experts, brokerage firms etc can become our active members in order to spread awareness about the importance of investments, savings, financial planning, products & services etc to masses locally and internationally.

The big pool of our wing members spread locally & internationally would dedicatedly work to reach to the masses link them up in these awareness campaigns and bridge this gap and make an effective - efficient - knowledgeable financial inclusion environment.

Ex-Servicemen Welfare Wing

This wing will cater to the specific needs of ex-servicemen like pension issues, welfare & Development programs. The members will actively will look into their key issues and how these can be resolved.

A large number of sportspersons from Services and Para-military Forces retire in their middle age and settle down in a quiet way of life. Their rich experience will be utilized to train the sports talent by setting up Sports Clubs in cities and villages.

Government Policies Awareness Wing

This wings aim will be to promote and make aware the general masses, farmers or businessmen about the various schemes which the central government has launched - for whom it is targeted - what all befits are there - how to apply and then how to realize those benefits so it should not happen that some middle men or agent manipulated the schemes for their personal interest without the end user getting the benefit out of them.

The members will just undertake awareness campaigns and here our role is not as an analyst but just as a catalyst to make center government schemes being made aware to the masses at large simply.

Awareness Programme – Jan Jagran Abhiyan will be launched at every Gram Sabha, Panchayat, Block and District Headquarters to make aware the general public about the schemes being launched for their benefit by Central and State Govts and ways and means to avail the same. A Help Desk will be set up at every Block to help the people to get the benefits of the schemes.

NRI Wing

This wing members will actively coordinate with NRI’s in order to be an interface between NRI’s and their motherland. What all developments at macro level plus the particular state of the NRI. The wing members will keep on updating the NRIs about socio-economic-political developments taking place in India.

Further NRIs who wish to setup or invest back in the country and needs support and guidance about the sector of his preference and the government or private projects available then this wing’s local team will identify such opportunity for them and provide consultancy.

Similarly, if the NRI wish to undertake social work or donate or wish to do some work in his native place or state, like adoption of school, charitable hospital, assist Women Self Help Group in marketing their products, members of this Wing will take up the responsibility to execute the projects on behalf of the NRIs.

Further, if the NRIs wish to provide their family members in India health care facilities, security arrangements, education for the children of their relatives, obtaining Visa and settle some local disputes, the members of this Wing will provide timely assistance to its NRI members and their families in India.

Also if the NRI wish to visit his native place in India for medical treatment for self or for the family members needs local level co-ordination and assistance, the Members of this Wing will provide all assistance.

Making this Wing a two-way highway, if someone from the same native place is looking for some assistance abroad, the Members of this Wing will seek NRI members for assistance in the place where he is settled.

Thus NRI Wing g will be a nodal central point for all types of professional and personal assistance to the NRIs residing abroad and his county’s - his state - his native place - or his family members back here or assistance he wants locally.

Public Relations, Media, IT Cell and Communication Wing

This wing will look after all the communication, media correspondence & PR of the party both domestically & internationally. Members would be expected to engage in constructive information gathering, information sharing, critical analysis of current matters and bringing out key issues and parties agendas as spokespersons. All Media such as print electronic social digital platforms would be used for communicating the same and also communication with various other Wings.
